From new, it had an appealing retro vibe before retro vibes were even a thing.
The interior featuring a well-organized dashboard and neatly striped fabric on the seats and door panels that mark the Land Cruiser's first tentative transition from agricultural tool to aristocrat.
This FJ60 example here, has several modifications including an Old Man Emu suspension lift, aftermarket audio components, 18 wheels, and a Front Runner Slimline II roof rack.

The interior is trimmed in grey vinyl with striped cloth seat inserts and the front doors and rear panels have been lined with Dynamite sound deadener.
