The property is very unique and has chickens and a koi fish pond along with numerous vegetable gardens, fruit trees, etc. The owner lives in the front house and has a large (very sweet) dog that has access to the entire backyard, she will greet you at the gate and will often times come to say hello on the back deck of the rental unit. Dogs are welcome if they get along with other dogs, and are friendly with humans/chickens. The chickens are confined to a run, however, the owner will be in the backyard very frequently taking care of the garden, chickens and fish pond. The unit has its own washer/dryer and is heated with a mini split heating system. Utilities are split with the owner of the property since there is not a separate meter.
