1976 Ibanez 2365B Jazz Bass Sunburst w Maple Fretboard + Black Block Markers & Binding MIJ Japan + Fender USA Pickups Upgrades Great vintage Japanese bass with Fender USA pickups and Hi-Mass Omega Bridge upgrades! Very cool lawsuit era Ibanez 2365B Jazz Bass. Upgraded OMEGA Hi-Mass (Badass Style) Bridge. Neck has been plek'd, fingerboard leveled and new frets professionally added by local luthier. Also a new bone nut was cut and was plek'd as well. Pickups are Fender American Standard Jazz Pickups (neck: 048612 / bridge: 048613). Plus, there are brass shielding plates in control cavity and pickup cavity. I'm guessing the shielding plates are not original MIJ and are most likely Fender as well. If anyone has any past info or history on the Ibanez 2365B bass referring to the shielding plates I'd love to know. Looks to be a one piece body. I don't see any obvious glue lines. Sunburst finish looks great with enough natural wear and marks to give it that workhorse mojo! All electronics work as intended. There are dings, dents, paint chips, scratches etc. I don't have the bridge, or pickup covers. No finger rest. Comes with vintage Japanese case shown. Case is in excellent condition for its age. All latches and hinges work and handle is secure and this case fits the bass really well. Bass weighs approximately 8 lbs 10 ounces on my scale.
