Bacon Belmont Gretsch 4 String Tenor Banjo 1940's-1960's Root Beer Celluloid Pearl + Hard Case Rare Model Excellent Condition Closet Classic clean. It doesn't get any better than this. New strings just added. Comes with hard case and all accessories shown. This is a rare 4 string tenor model Bacon Belmont Banjo. Neck is straight, frets are clean, banjo looks hardly played at all and I will emphatically state that you won't find one cleaner than this. Hard case is also in excellent condition. All latches and hinges work and handle is secure. Amazing condition!!!Regarding serial number I am uncertain as to the exact age of this instrument. My best guess is somewhere between 1940's-1960's. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated. This is a pre owned vintage instrument that will show some signs of wear commensurate of age and use. That being said, I am confident that this is one of the nicest vintage tenor banjos available for sale at this time.
