Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Village Cleaners
This is a fulltime position where you will be assisting customers with their dry cleaninglaundry needs.
The position is for MondayFriday ampm.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a professional demeanor and an outgoing friendly personality.
Your overall roll will be to provide exceptional customer service and to also become proficient with fabrics our pointofsales software and other basic dry cleaninglaundry duties.
Compensation includes hourly wage dependent on experience DOE Paid Vacation and Holiday Pay.
You are required to navigate a pointof sale software to receive and sell dry cleaninglaundry orders to customers.
You are responsible to help customers with friendly and professional care.
You are responsible to inventory the customers items into a computer.
You will also be asked to wear multiple hats and help in other areas related to dry cleaninglaundry.
Must be punctual.
Must be able to lift apx.
