seeks a fulltime paralegal to join and work in our fastpaced and growing immigration law practice headed by Tim Wheelwright one of the most experienced and wellrespected immigration attorneys in Utah and the Intermountain Region.
Although we anticipate the successful candidate would work in the firms Salt Lake City office we are willing to consider other arrangements such as working in one of the firms other offices Lehi Ogden or St.
George andor flexible telecommutingworkfromhome benefits in certain circumstances.
The ideal candidate would already have extensive experience working as a paralegal or related position in immigration law preferably with an emphasis in employmentbased projects but we are most interested in finding someone who possesses the professional skills listed below and the personal attributes ambition desire and interest to learn immigration law and work with a clientele with a diversity of languages and cultures from all over the world.
We are looking for someone who has excellent writing reasoning and verbal skills strong organizational research and time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment on a high volume of timesensitive and highstakes projects.
The ideal candidate would also have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English however a candidate who speaks another foreign language or who even lacks such foreign language ability altogether but possesses the qualities referenced in this ad would still be considered strongly for this position.
A bachelors degree andor accredited paralegal certificate is required for the Paralegal position.
If a candidate does not possess this qualification but does have the experience and skills we seek there is the option to hire that candidate as a Case Specialist.
