LOOKING FOR A PLAYER MINDSET ONLY NEED GRIT HEART AND HUSTLE.
The ideal candidate must have Real Estate experience be able to work with little supervision be highly responsible professional on time a selfstarter take initiative detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.
You will coordinate all aspects of the REAL ESTATE OFFICE.
Must be HUNGRY HUMBLE and SMART Duties include but are not limited to MUST GET IT WANT IT and HAVE THE CAPACITY Must have MAC computer skills SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLSET Manage correspondence for a busy real estate Team Manage complex calendar and keep Agent and Team on schedule Manage and oversee projects Organize and manage contact database for business development Send mail overnight packages thank you notes and marketing mailings in a timely manner Property research pulling permits from city looking into city codes for properties title information Ability to think and act quickly and maintain a professional demeanor in a busy environment Strong organizational skills Strong oral and written communication skills High attention to detail and quality of work Ability to follow instructions prioritize and BE A FINISHER This is a full time hourly position with potential to become salary.
We will consider part time position for perfect candidate.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
