Billing/Office Clerk
Fulltime and parttime positions available Responsible for processing the documentation that accompanies the movement of freight including entering freight shipment information into computer system to generate freight bill and performing other administrative duties as necessary in the daily operation of the terminal.

Enter data into computer system Verify and complete required documentation and reports Perform administrative functions including but not limited to typing filing answering phones faxing etc.
Communicate with sales and operations Assist customers to determine pickup or delivery needs andor status and respond to billing questions Demonstrate internal and external customer service Administer freight pickup process as required Comply with all applicable lawsregulations as well as company policiesprocedures Perform other duties as assigned Proficient Typing and Data Entry skills Ability to count and perform basic math with or without a calculator Written and verbal communication skills documentation communication with peers supervisors etc.
