Pineapple Property Group is a fullservice property management company that is helping our clients manage and maintain their rental properties.
We primarily manage residential homes up to unit apartments from Lehi to Ogden.
We have been growing year after year and we need another Jr.
Property Manager for the coordination of maintenance work orders tenant messages and rent collection for all Pineapple properties so that all tenant and client landlords needs are met.
We are a solid company with strong financials and are going to be around for a long time.
If you are seeking longterm employment motivated and wanting to grow in your career then WE NEED YOU Maintains propertys building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
Including but not limited to taskwork order creation contacting and scheduling vendors and Maintenance technicians and communication with tenants and landlords during ongoing repairs.
Provides data to Finance Manager for tracking analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership of new and varying requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job description.
Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
Respond to tenant and client related emails with direction of all correspondence from clients and tenants to appropriate department heads.
Working with and dictating Maintenance tasks and updates to Maintenance Coordinator including general oversight of Maintenance Coordinator position and responsibilities Outstanding rentother income balance collection efforts.
This includes but is not limited to emailing calling or texting tenants and cosigners about outstanding balances and late fee payments required per their leases.
Auditing and entering late fees on outstanding balances Entering and auditing utility charges on tracking sheet and on tenant ledgers Honest trustworthy and punctual Have your own vehicle mileage will be reimbursed Able to multitask creative and not afraid to try new ideas A fun person with a good sense of humor Real Estate license is an added advantage but not necessary Familiar with renting apartmentshouse movein and move out Must be organized and energetic Past sales experience will be an added advantage Computer skills This position is part time approximately hours per week.
After hours property manager working to pm and weekends.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
