We primarily manage residential homes up to unit apartments from Lehi to Ogden.
We have been growing year over year and we are in need of Property Inspectors to help inspect and report on property condition and maintenance needs.

If you are seeking longterm employment motivated and wanting to grow in your career then WE NEED YOU Perform all inspections and document details photos and repairs of occupied and vacant units on behalf of clients Set inspections schedule for the following inspection types Create work orders for the Maintenance Coordinator to assign for repairs noted at the time of each inspection Audit unit keysaccess document dates of inspection and condition and send inspection documentation to respective clients and internal departments as needed Honest trustworthy and punctual Have your own vehicle mileage will be reimbursed Able to multitask creative and not afraid to try new ideas A fun person with a good sense of humor Familiar with real estate inspecting andor property management Must be organized and energetic.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
