Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance TechnicianGroundskeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community.
The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance AssistantGroundskeeper are grounds parking lot and community area upkeep work orders and maintaining excellent resident relations through superior customer service.
On call and weekend hours may be required.
Maintain positive resident relations through superior service Participate in the daily operations of the property Cleanliness of the grounds leasing office and common community areas Work Order response The Turn and Make Ready process Adhering to company policy state and federal safety and fair housing laws Hands on repair and upkeep Report any safety or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Basic understanding of plumbing The ability to work independently with attention to detail Good interpersonal skills and a great attitude A passion to serve residents parents vendors and colleagues.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
