THE POSITION Bonneville is looking for a fulltime USDA HUD Servicing Specialist.
Interested candidates need to have servicing experience or familiarity with loan servicing years experience organizational skills ability to follow up on multiple tasks over a period of months ability to professionally represent Bonneville well to our customers and those we work with USDAGNMAHUD skilled in ExcelOutlookWord and ability to learn any other computer systems excellent verbal and written communication skills general understanding of financials focus on quality and be a team player.
Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.
The USDA HUD Servicing Specialist willProcess management and general partner GP changes Review annual reporting follow up report to USDA on each loan Review and forward annual inspections to USDA if not included in annual reporting package Remit annual USDA fees to USDA collect sufficient funds review reserves Review AFHMP and Management Plans for accuracy with RD USDA requirements Process agency HUD MIP payments HUD asset management post closing Help customers with questions complete research where necessary Assist other employees with any projects they may have filing reporting GNMA updates etc.
Background checks will be performed for the final candidates.
