Pineapple Property Group is a fullservice property management company that is helping our clients manage and maintain their rental properties.
We primarily manage residential homes up to unit apartments from Lehi to Ogden.
We have been growing year over year and we are in need of a Leasing Assistant to help out with advertising vacant units showing and getting it rented out.
This person will also be trained to manage junior leasing agents down the road.
We are a solid company with strong financials and are going to be around for a long time.
If you are seeking longterm employment motivated and wanting to grow in your career then WE NEED YOU Advertise units schedule showings and work with owners to get houseapartment rented Do market analysis on rents together with Leasing Director Provide daily update on leasing status Calling clients on leasing services and updates Honest trustworthy and punctual Have your own vehicle mileage will be reimbursed Able to multitask creative and not afraid to try new ideas A fun person with a good sense of humor Real Estate license is an added advantage but not necessary Familiar with renting apartmentshouse movein and move out Must be organized and energetic Past sales experience will be an added advantage Computer skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
