MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Multi-Site)
We are actively searching for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Utah Team.
As a Maintenance Technician you will coordinate with the Manager each dayweek to travel to and service multiple properties properties units total located within relatively proximity to each other with a focus on providing great customer service to our current residents and preparing any vacant apartments for future rentals.
This Maintenance position is a handson maintenance position.
Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
