Customer Care Specialist

Position Summary The Customer Care Specialist will assist Clients and Customers in a call center environment via telephone with orders inquiries requests problem resolution providing feedback regarding products and services.
Consults with Clients and Customers to identify additional needs related to the products or services.
Recommends appropriate products services or solutions.
Works on assigned client programs.
Performs duties in a courteous efficient and professional manner.
Key Duties Responsibilities Key duties and responsibilities will be based on business needs.
Experience Skills Preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
