Supervisory Business Manager (Assistant State Conservationist for Management & Strategy)

Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade to be considered for the next higher grade (e.g. one year at the GS-12 grade level for consideration at the GS-13 grade level.) Specialized Experience Requirement:
For the GS-13 Level:
You must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through federal service. Examples of specialized experience include:
Integrating conservation strategy with the planning, allocation, utilization, and evaluation of financial and other resources; Assessing the performance and accountability of conservation programs and operations; Coordinating roll-outs of conservation, business or administrative initiatives with the senior leadership team and staff; Directing locally-based administrative support services; Providing supervision direction, oversight, and management to natural resource conservation strategy/planning and financial staff within an organization. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
