Nanny Description:
We are a homeschool family looking for a part-time nanny for 30 hours a week Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM. We have three children; an almost 9-year-old son, an 8-year-old daughter and an 18-month-old daughter.
Caring for our 18-month-old would be your primary task. She needs gentle and attentive care throughout the day. The older children should be involved in her care as well. She is generally calm and happy. We are helping her learn to nap on her own, but she will need help most days still. She is very independent and enjoys trying new things, doing things for herself, and being helpful where she can. She loves being a part of whatever is going on and doing whatever everyone else is doing.
Our older kids both benefit from play and time with their nanny. They need reminders, direction, and encouragement to complete their schoolwork and household contributions. They will need coaching to negotiate with each other peacefully.
We all love the outdoors and try to keep screen time to a minimum.
Some of your other daily tasks would be providing healthy meals and snacks for children and helping them to clean up after themselves.
