As an Insurance Sales Agent for CLEARLINK you will have the opportunity to grow your sales career substantially! We are looking for talented sales individuals who are career oriented, sales driven, and money motivated!
What we are looking for:
You have 1-2 years experience in sales
You are able to use sales skills and consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
You are looking for a long term rewarding sales career
You have excellent phone presentation and communication skills
You are capable of maintaining constant energy and enthusiasm on all calls
You love building and maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications:
Clearlink will cover all of your study materials to help you prepare to take your licensing exams!
Minimum 1-2 years sales experience
Proven, successful sales performance
Excellent time management and organizational skills
First-rate communication skills
No repos, chapter 11 or 13 bankruptcies within the last 12 months.
No chapter 7 bankruptcies within the last 3 years
Background check and fingerprints will be ran on all applicants. Felonies/misdemeanors involving theft/fraud/violence/etc may prevent applicants from being licensed.
What we offer:
$12.50/hr
$2.00/hr guaranteed minimum commission (base
uncapped commissions).
$500 bonus to be paid out on your first pay check.
