Marketing Services Representative

Responsible for supporting the growth and retention of small groups, major groups and/or individual accounts within assigned territory and division.
Supports all aspects of marketing, sales and service for various programs and assists with coordination of marketing support efforts for various insurance products.
May assist with group enrollments and educates members about their policies.
Establishes strong professional relationships with customers/agents/consultants to assist in account retention and growth.
Coordinates/tracks/supports special projects as assigned by management.

Associate degree in any major, OR
Two years of customer service, health care account sales/service and/or life insurance account sales/service may be substituted for a degree.

Two years of experience in customer service, health care account sales/marketing service and support and/or life insurance account sales/marketing service and support, or a combination of these.

Knowledge of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of, the health care industry and/or life insurance industry and the marketplace.
Good judgment.
Effective customer-service and organizational skills.
Demonstrated oral and written communications skills.
Proficient in spelling, punctuation and grammar.
Basic business math proficiency.
Analytical or critical-thinking skills.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
Microsoft Office skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
