Business Data Analyst Sr
USS Business Intelligence Team has an immediate opening for an experienced Business Data Analyst capable of handling multiple business analysis and project management activities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Work with various business users to review, analyze, evaluate business processes, procedures, systems, data and make recommendations for improvements and changes.
Design, develop and maintain high quality reports to support customer requirements.
Perform and participate in the analysis, design and implementation of business processes and procedures.
Be responsible for following appropriate standards and requirements gathering.
Be responsible for issue and root cause analysis.
Formulate proposals for new procedures and/or processes.
Conduct user acceptance testing, provide input for feasibility and prepare user documentation and follow-up evaluation.
Act as a liaison with subsidiary management and staff to resolve issues as needed
Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining independently. Designs, develops, implements and maintains business solutions. Works with main clients and project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements. Provides business analyst tutorship to technical members of the team.
