Responding to client inquiries such as billing questions, claims handling, policy changes, basic coverage questions, scheduling follow-ups, and overall management and the servicing of our clients.
Follow-through and exceed clients' expectations with each client interaction.
Cross-selling current clients and identifying possible needs at every opportunity.
Supporting our agents and producers by assisting with various administrative tasks and follow-ups.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
