Job Description
The position will be for 5 thumbnails per week to meet the demands of daily video production. Each thumbnail is paid at $35, and bonuses can be applied for videos that perform abnormally well due to the quality of the presentation. A video on the channel typically gains 1M views in 24 hours, so $5 would be added for any additional 500K views up to $50 / thumbnail.
Responsibilities
There will be some times when the turn around needs to be almost immediate, however most of the time there will be 3-5 days to complete. In any case, it would be expected that these thumbnails would be priority, and turned around as quickly as practical, even if the video won t post for another 1-2 weeks.
Qualifications
Advanced photoshop required
Adobe Illustrator and In Design helpful

We're looking for creative graphic designers who can commit to being part of a system, and adding value on a daily basis.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
