Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator assists with the overall marketing and business development plan for Bonneville Builders. He or she will also assist in a broad spectrum of marketing activities including document layout, PowerPoint production, graphic design, electronic file maintenance, editing, and assisting at events such as groundbreakings and ribbon-cuttings.
This is a full-time position with benefits, located in our corporate headquarters in Salt Lake City. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. Additional hours, as required to meet duties.
Position requires a computer-literate individual with strong communication skills both verbal and written. Experience with multi-page layout is required. Strong organizational skills are required. Experience with graphic-arts production is preferred, but not required. Experience in the A E C Industry is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
Essential
-Coordinate the schedule of marketing proposal development and timely completion of documents
-Complete layout of proposal presentation materials. Print, bind, and archive materials for qualification/proposal books
-Create and update marketing tools such as:
project lists, construction job reference information, resumes, industry and/or market segment information, and various other marketing documents for use in qualification/proposal books
-Produce oversized presentation materials or create electronic presentation documents (PowerPoint)
-Regularly review all standard marketing materials and collateral assets to update and maintain the most current and accurate information
Additional
-Act as a liaison with an advertising agency to coordinate website design and maintenance, collateral asset development, etc.
-Assist with various market research
-Assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs such as social media publications/postings, direct mail campaigns, trade shows, seminars, etc.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Writing, Journalism, or related field; or 3 years of experience
Working expertise in Microsoft Suite software, as well as Adobe software InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
Ability to work comfortably in the Windows operating system
Must type a minimum of 50 wpm
Strong organizational skills; can establish priorities and a course of action for handling multiple tasks
Strong written and oral communication skills; communicates clearly in writing and uses correct spelling and grammar
Exhibits strong interpersonal skills
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and demands
Performs essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately, and safely with or without reasonable accommodation, and without posing threat of harm to self or others

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
