Responsibilities
What you ll be doing:
- Remotely monitor security cameras for suspicious or unusual activity
- Coordinate with first responders and client contacts when needed
- Create detailed event reports for clients
- Manage and supervise our VST team
- Promote company culture and vision
- Review processed events to create and lead trainings and individual reviews
- Bridge communication between VST team and other departments
- Prepare and report on team s performance metrics
- Have fun, create a meme or two
Qualifications
Education:
- Degree from a university or a graduate from the school of life experience, take your pick. We employ talented members from both.
You are:
- A leader. You understand what that means and the best methods to make is a reality.
- Proactive and autonomous. You can take charge and lead others without direction.
- Computer and tech savvy. You re comfortable around computers and adapt to new software quickly.
- Experienced. Through education and/or hands-on experience, you have at least three years of knowledge and skills to bring to the table
- Flexible. We re open all the time, so work will sometimes include nights and weekends.

- Office environment with snacks and other amenities coming soon
- Full-time, benefited
- 30k/year base salary, with monthly performance bonuses exceeding 40k/year
- Hours will include some late nights and possibly weekend hoursEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
