Assistant Store Manager
Job Description
All truck & car is currently seeking to add a Assistant Store Manager position to our Automotive Part Sales Team. This is a Monday-Friday position, have your weekends off! Our Automotive Part Sales Team plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a quality tested part(s) as described. Our Automotive Part Sales team consists of highly skilled and qualified professionals! Come join our exciting fast paced work environment! All truck & car is a late model auto recycler, processing foreign and domestic vehicles. Many of these vehicles are high end late model foreign and domestic vehicles such as: Audi, Acura, BMW, Lexus, Cadillac, Honda, Toyota, Ford, Dodge, GMC and Chevrolet. We process in excess of 1200 vehicles per year. We are writing the book on what it means to be a Modern Day Auto Recycler. Stability All truck & car has been in business since 1987 and has continued to see significant annual growth each year. Our loyal customer base continues to expand which has allowed the company to continue to expand and grow. We have never had to endure any layoffs or cut backs in our 29 year history

Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible in overseeing day to day sales activities, achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Managing work flow, coaching, market knowledge, negotiation, selling to customer needs. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Qualifications
Assistant Store manager Position Requirements:
Proven retail & wholesale sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Assist in recruiting, hiring and training new sales staff
Provides daily feedback to associates
Ensure each sales associate meets minimum standards of performance consistently
Ensure sales staff is sticking to our company motto
Manages and oversees customer relations
Automotive industry experience preferred buy not required
Committed to making a difference
Possess strong organization & multitasking skills Meet sales goals put forth by senior management
