Phone Receptionist/ Dispatcher
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, well spoken person to answer phones and schedule plumbing calls for our techs. Start day at 7:
15 AM answering phone calls and dispatching technicians. Get off between 3-5 PM, Rotating nights and weekends taking the on call phone home. Total of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Follow a script, and being a friendly, happy and helpful voice for our clients to hear when they call in. Input job information correctly into computer. Dispatch technicians to job site.
Qualifications
Must be punctual, articulate, and a good people person. Phone experience is a plus.
