Job Description

The Bernett Group is seeking to hire Market Research Agents, a role that offers both flexibility and long-term growth opportunities in our Salt Lake City call center. In this role, Agents conduct computer-assisted phone surveys on behalf of Bernett and our clients, gathering important feedback and opinions that help businesses and organizations make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research interviews
Two shifts - 7 am and 2 pm
30 hours per week
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner under pressure
Team-player able to work as part of a team and independently
Coachable and willing to follow directives closely
Fluent in English (Bilingual is a plus)
Strong typing skills (30
WPM)
