Responsibilities
Provide administrative supervision and oversight to office managers and team leads
Coordinate with and train office managers and team leads to ensure that staff understand business unit/area plans and how each team member serves to ensure fulfillment
Oversee and monitor all the unit s billing, serving as the primary liaison to the revenue cycle department
Work to develop a solid understanding of business/area plan and the critical elements for fulfillment. This includes establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship with designated financial manager
Provide routine feedback and suggestions to Business Council
Work with Regulatory Oversight and Compliance Department and Valley leadership to ensure compliance with all related and applicable regulatory requirements
Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer and stakeholder satisfaction
Ensure a congruence to culture

Qualifications
Master s in Public Health (preferred) or a Master s in Business Administration or related field
4
years experience with business management, preferably in a healthcare setting
Experience managing budgets and deciphering billing data
Skilled at building and managing teams of professionals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and writtenEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
