Executive Assistant

Job Description
Grace Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant that has experience managing work flow and communications on behalf of a busy executive team. This person must have polished communication skills, verbal and written, and must be able to manage executive requests from multiple sources in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
This full-time position will be responsible for the following:
Manage email communications with overseas offices, following-up on various issues including production and inventory.
Memo s and other updates to office staff
Manage Email communications and compose correspondence to customers and vendors
Maintain various reports with updates from weekly production meetings
Create reports and presentations as needed
Track product shipments and PO fulfillment from overseas production
Handle occasional walk-in customers and direct to proper departments
Be available to handle phone calls as needed
Assist in mailing small items as needed
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks and gantt chart software. Past experience in Administrative assistant positions.
Salary will be based on skills and experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
