District Manager Training Assistant (DMTA)

Looking for an organized, driven and dependable individual to learn and become an integral role in a busy district office operation. This position has a great opportunity for growth for the right person.
Responsibilities
Position will include learning our customer service system through servicing policy holders within the district with general policy questions, billing issues, policy changes, writing new business through customer requests, organizing files, setting up appointments, answering incoming calls, etc. Once proficient in serving policy holders, this position will transition into helping train new agents as well as the existing 40
agents in our district with systems, sales and marketing aspects of the insurance business.
Qualifications
Must be willing to be licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
Must be proficient with computers, web based programs, Microsoft Word/Excel etc.
Attend and support all District MeetingsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
