Compensation:
Contingent upon experience and qualifications. Performers that can GSD (get s@&$ done) right will be rewarded including monthly KPI bonuses.

Responsibilities
Initial Responsibilities Include:
Manage Ice.com s user acquisition campaigns across multiple advertising platforms - Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Criteo Retargeting
Manage paid campaigns on social ad networks (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.)
Work with large data sets to create and deploy analytical frameworks to optimize campaigns and targeting based on performance metrics
Analyze data to Improve user acquisition strategy, optimize campaign performance for ROI and volume, and create bidding/targeting methodologies
Handle multiple projects while managing significant monthly budgets and high volume of traffic
Report weekly results and recommendations to the management team
Qualifications
What we d like to see:
Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or other analytically focused major (in lieu of a degree, 2-4 years of relevant work experience is acceptable)

years digital marketing experience
Analytical mindset: when you eat at a restaurant, you analyze their revenues, contribution margins, and net profit while you're waiting for your food, unless you're on a date, of course.
Experience advertising on Google's AdWords platform (PPC, Display, Retargeting, Product Listing Ads, Google AdWords Editor)
Experience advertising on social ad networks (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.)
Experience with online analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
Experience with campaign performance optimization, funnel optimization, creative testing, and ROI calculation
Extensive experience with Excel
Willingness to wear many different hats
Bonus Points: A love for and/or understanding of jewelry!
You have successfully managed A/B testing and UX testing campaigns
Experience with statistical methods and models
Copywriting/Copy Testing
Photoshop
SQL skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
