Construction Draw Administrator
Job Description
Black Square Real Estate, Inc. is a commercial bridge lender that lends both purchase and construction funds. This position is for a Construction Draw Administrator who works with borrowers from loan closing through project completion. Position works with borrowers as they request funds from the construction loan to pay for work that has been completed on the project.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include interacting with borrowers to answer any questions they have about the draw process. Helping borrowers submit draws through the company website. Reviewing supporting documentation to ensure draw packages are complete and reviewing inspection reports to verify that work has been completed. Must track and submit draw totals to accounting and ensure that checks are sent out each week.
Qualifications
Proficient and comfortable working with computers and online.
Able to upload documents and pictures
Able to articulate ideas and communicate clearly.
Detail oriented
Neat, clean and very organized
Comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment
Good people and phone skills
Good attitude
Hard worker
Able to work unsupervisedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
