Job Description
Friendemic is looking for a very friendly personality to be our new receptionist! We need someone who is a good problem solver, hard worker, very organized and very friendly. Friendemic is a Social Media Marketing company, this is a great position if you are curious about social media marketing and advertising scene. This position can be a full-time position or part-time.
Responsibilities

Answer phones
Assist in-person visitors
Open and lock-up office
Office building issues
Manage physical office equipment (including IT)
Managing lunches
Assist HR in scheduling interviews
Filing (1 hour/month/max)
Scanning
Assisting top management with small errands
Work with our Response team in spare time
Minimal Data Entry.
Making sure the office is well kept, organized, and clutter-free.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft office
Type 50 WPD
Proficient in Gmail and Google Doc.
6 months of receptionist experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
