TLP is seeking dependable Data Management Assistants to join our team in Production!
You will be working full time, Monday-Friday with nights, weekends, and holidays OFF! After 60 days, you will receive a FULL benefit package:
Health, Dental, 401K, etc! Entry Level Pay Rate.
We are located just west of the airport in SLC and have been in business for 20 years - and we're still growing! We are a private publishing company with the goal of helping other businesses become successful through the advertisement that we sell! A major part of that success is through our Production team who make our directories come alive!

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for importing and exporting files using one of our in-house programs, researching data via the internet and contacting outside resources in various markets to obtain current information for our hard to find data, making corrections to listings as needed, paginating both our white and yellow page sections, proofing our white and yellow page sections, and any other responsibility that are requested within the Production department.
Qualifications
Our staff works hard to meet weekly deadlines so it is critical for each member of our team to be punctual. Knowledge of the Microsoft and Adobe suites preferred, but not required. As we work on multiple directories each week, the ability to multitask is essential. This position does require that you pass a proofing/spelling test as these elements are key factors in producing a quality product in our industry.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
