Job Description
Property management company seeks an outgoing and ambitious couple (one spouse can hold outside employment or school schedule) to live onsite and manage 30 unit apartment community near U. of U. Compensation includes free 2 bedroom apartment, utilities, small salary and leasing bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Post online ads
- Handle inquiries about vacancies
- Show and lease apartments
- Screen applicants
- Collect rents
- Serve notices on tenants
- Assign repair requests
- Clean common areas and vacant apartments as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent people and organizational skills
- Customer service or sales experience a plus
- Min. 1-year commitment desired
- No maintenance required
- Ideal for stay at home parent with working spouse and students
- We are a pet and smoke free community
