Our client is expanding in the Salt Lake City, UT area and is seeking a talented part-time Property Management professional to manage multiple commercial properties in the surrounding area.

Responsibilities
Commercial property manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of buildings and complexes. Duties will include collecting rent, negotiating leases and supervising cleaning and maintenance activities. Additional duties include communicating with owners about occupancy levels and property conditions or preparing financial statements and CAM Reconciliations!
Qualifications
Must have 3 plus year of Property Management experience in a COMMERCIAL type setting.
Must be willing to work 3 days per week
Must be TRUSTWORTHY!
Ability to understand and perform CAM Reconcilations, budgets, and collections
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and run property operations independently
Must be organized, professional, friendly, enthusiastic and motivatingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
