Fulfillment and Customer Service Coordinator
Job Description
Net Media Group is a fast-growing e-commerce company located in Salt Lake City. In addition to marketing products online, we also inventory, package, and ship products from our warehouse to customers located throughout the Country. We seek a detail-oriented, hard working individual with excellent communication skills to help fulfill customer orders and assist with customer service support online and via telephone. In addition, the person who fills this role will help manage a large online catalog of products, create reports and manage warehouse inventory levels. The position requires a high degree of flexibility as work and tasks will vary each day.

Starting at $10/hr
Part-time / Full-time Options (20-40 hour a week)
Monday-Friday work week

Responsibilities
Arrange parcel and freight shipping through FedEx, UPS and multiple freight carriers.
Create purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
Box and prepare products for shipment.
Loading and unloading of trucks.
Communicate with customers and shipping companies to ensure shipping deadlines are met.
Manage orders through online channels. Orders are placed by customers through the website, Amazon, eBay, phone and other channels.
Provide customer service support via telephone and email. Manage customer relationships, confidently sell products, process returns, and answer questions about our products.
Manage an online catalog of products. This includes writing product descriptions, uploading photos, updating prices and listing product features and specifications.
Maintain inventory counts and order inventory from our manufacturing partners.
Update product specs, prices, out of stock items and through our online database.
Stocking and picking all types of orders by using forklift or pallet jack.
Qualifications
A high school diploma.
Valid Utah state driver s license.
Must be able to lift 70 pounds regularly
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Basic math skills.
Basic computer skills.
Must be able to learn and use online tools and software to manage orders, create reports, provide shipping support, track sales, etc. Ideal candidate will be familiar with eBay, Amazon.com, FedEx.com, UPS.com, platforms for managing customers, invoices etc.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior warehouse or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Must have exceptional people skills, an outgoing personality, and a positive attitude.
Strong organization skills and able to complete projects with interruptions throughout the day.
Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks. Some days will require physically boxing products; some days will require catalog updates on a computer.
Time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Able to work in a small team environment.
