Job Description
We're looking for a Marketing Analytics Genius that will work across a range of analyses spanning customer acquisition, customer retention, customer experience and product analytics to pull out the insights to keep us at the top of our game. She/he will rely heavily on data to find areas of opportunity, dig for nuggets of competitive awesomeness, and partner with the market team to confidently share and present to all levels in the organization.

Identify key metrics on which to evaluate marketing performance and build out reports and dashboards to surface these business-critical KPIs and trends for all channels including TV, Radio, Display, Search, Social & Email
Identify, model, and evaluate opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention
Understand customer behavior and use that to inform how our platform can deliver the best experience to each customer segment
Prepare on-going tracking, analysis, reporting and communication of trends/issues and validates results for accuracy
Participate in the creation annual marketing budgets and perform plan vs. actual results comparison on a period basis and determine root causes of variances
Leading optimization efforts using A/B and Multivariate testing for all digital channels
Work with senior management to identify opportunities, model and evaluate potential large-scale initiatives, and facilitate data-driven decision-making
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and guide strategy
Design, implement and maintain comprehensive systems and training documentation related to your systems of ownership e.g. user guides, job aids, and facilitating classroom training, etc.
Maintain and validate data and relationships within systems, reporting tools and dashboards
Proactively monitors data, analyzes unexpected variances and works with other business units and vendors to make modifications as needed
Serve as on-call support for your systems of ownership including but not limited to diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving data/systems issues; refer major issues to vendors or technicians for resolution
Readily contacts vendors to obtain information needed to maintain data in system and facilitate reporting
Qualifications
Desired Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (graduate degree a plus) with 5
years working with customer and digital marketing analytics, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry or commensurate combination of education and work experience
Two to three years of experience administering, maintaining and analyzing data systems
Strong datamining skills and in-depth knowledge of database reporting software and tools, including querying repositories and generating reports experience with SQL and DOMO a plus
Expert Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel & data sources
Experience with Google Analytics implementation and reporting
Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM tool) implementation and reporting
Advanced experience working with reporting tools and dashboards
Expertise in utilizing complex analytic techniques within the web presence
Knowledge of statistical methods to test hypothesis, develop insights and make recommendations a plus
Advanced capabilities in extracting and manipulating large data sets
Ability to work independently, multitask and manage multiple projects at once
Effectively communicates findings, results, ideas, and recommendations verbally and in writing in a variety of ways to best share the information with his/her intended audience
Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Technically savvy; can pick up new tools/systems quickly and apply new knowledge
Comfortable performing repetitive and tedious tasks for prolonged periods of timeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
