10 Aces Marketing is hiring for an Entry Level Full Time Management Training Position in Sales and Marketing!
This position is full time and involves responsibilities in:
o Entry level sales & marketing
o Entry-level management training
o Sales and marketing presentations
o Face to face sales and marketing of new services for our clients
o Sales and marketing techniques
o Training current sales and marketing reps
10 Aces Marketing cross-trains all employees within leadership development which includes:
o Marketing and interviewing
o Sales and marketing training fundamentals
o Team building and mentoring other marketing and sales reps
o Entry level marketing and sales consulting
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and a high level of professionalism & integrity. Public speaking skills for presenting to groups are a plus.
Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
Maintain a high level of professionalism & integrity
Experience with public speaking for presenting to groups a plus
4 year degree preferred, not required
1-2 years of customer service
Demonstrated leadership ability. Sales and Marketing experience is not required
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
