Blue Label is seeking a Fashion and Cosmetics Marketing Representative to work with one of the nation's fastest growing marketing and advertising firms. This growing company develops dynamic marketing campaigns that are specifically designed to increase brand awareness for some of the area's most prestigious clients in the FASHION AND COSMETICS INDUSTRIES. This firm is experiencing phenomenal growth as a direct result of continuous success, and having significantly increased clients' revenue by attracting new customers and elevating their products to new tiers of distribution.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
Develop specialty knowledge in the health and beauty industries
Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
Responsible for branding, advertising, trade shows, company events and promotional collateral
Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories
ENTRY
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Journalism
Minimum (0) zero to (5) five years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, customer service or retail
Prior experience in the health and beauty industries is a major plus!
Must have a basic understanding of marketing including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales and distribution. Full training is provided in all areas to build on existing knowledge.
Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. This position will be evaluated in the first year for a management level position.
Local to the area and have reliable transportation to attend cosmetics events (travel allowance is provided).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
