CAREGIVER, CNA (Working in Salt Lake and Utah Counties)

Home Care Assistance of Utah is seeking skilled, experienced and compassionate caregivers to work in what is termed in the industry as 'Livein' or 24 hour shifts in Salt Lake, Utah and Davis Counties.
These shifts are generally 24 to 72 hours long where the caregiver sleeps at the home of the client at night and is involved in direct client care about 8 hours of the day.
Responsibilities include; daily care assistance, cleaning, laundry, food preparation, shopping, transporting to and from Doctor appointments, miscellaneous chores and other errands as needed.
Part-time and full-time positions are available.
Two years experience is preferred. Current CNA certification is a plus (CNA, LVN, and RN welcome). Must have your own reliable transportation and be able to pass a rigid background check including fingerprinting. Special consideration will be given to those willing to work flexible hours, especially around-the-clock, live-in care. Must enjoy serving others and find personal satisfaction in bringing joy to seniors. A successful candidate will have good communication skills and a desire to serve people.

- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be proactive with all care and duties, responsible, reliable
- Own a reliable vehicle
- Be compassionate with a positive attitude
