Document Clerk

Mid-size Cottonwood Heights law firm is seeking a full-time document clerk.
Duties include, but are not limited to: creating and maintaining client and office files, scanning and distribution of mail and office documents. The document clerk will also provide coverage/relief for the receptionist during scheduled time off, breaks, lunch or emergencies. Various administrative tasks will also be assigned.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. This position offers excellent benefits and salary to qualified individuals.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
