Snap Advances & Snap Finance are rapidly growing niche finance companies that specialize in business and consumer financing across the country. We are looking for a dynamic, well-qualified person to be an administrative assistant to the Human Resources/Executive Assistant. This individual would work out of our downtown Salt Lake City office. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Handle the administrative duties in the office including, but not limited to travel arrangements, sorting mail, keeping the office organized, taking phone calls, filing, faxing, scanning and all other office functions.
Manage calendar and schedules
Data Entry for reporting and marketing purposes
Main line of communication for the office
Assist with event planning for company functions
Assorted projects for the office and office staff
The candidate must be a self-motivator that is able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment. Other requirements for this position are as follows:
Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Very detail oriented and an organized person
Dynamic individual that is an exceptional multi-tasker
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent time management skills
Handles stress well
High School Diploma required
At least 2 years' experience working in an office environment
Enjoys working in an environment where deadlines are important
A team player that is pleasant to be around
A hard and efficient worker

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
