Marketing Manager

Red Touch Media (RTM) is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in our office in Salt Lake City, Utah. As one of the most innovative content distribution and management platforms, RTM connects content owners, advertisers, and retailers with a reliable, secure solution to manage and deliver all digital media assets (movies, music, eBooks, etc.) to our business partners and their customers/users.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all internal and external communications for the company. In this role, the manager is responsible for improving communications and building brand awareness among all of RTM's target audiences as well as internal communications. This includes VOB (voice of brand), social listening, marketing strategy, event planning and building relationships with influencers that can be activated.
As a member of the marketing team, this person will also be responsible for helping create marketing campaigns that demonstrate ROI and generate sales leads and increased branding opportunities as well as traveling internationally for company events.

1 to 3 years' experience in marketing communications
Very, very, very Social Media savvy
An impressive personal presence on a variety of Social Media sites such as Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, Foursquare, GetGlue, blogs, etc.
Willingness to travel around the world for parties and marketing events such as The Cable Show, MIPTV, MIPCOM, CES, Sundance, SXSW, Emmys, UKTI, TAW, etc.
Agency experience STRONGLY prefered
College degree in marketing, public relations, communications or a related field
Experience in producing marketing communications and securing publicity coverage
Superior communications skills, especially written. The ability to write content for newsletters, blogs, brochures, white papers, case studies, press releases, status updates, etc. is a must.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
Experience in public relations and/or marketing communications - agency experience preferred
Ability to manage a variety of marketing projects simultaneously
Knowledge of various online software, such as blogging tools, email marketing software, public relations databases and press release distribution services
Experience promoting experts through securing speaking and bylined article opportunities for key executives

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
