Supports administrative operations and coordination of human subjects research studies.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Prepares and maintains regulatory documents.
Enters demographic information into a database.
Organizes and prepares area for study related additional investigation.
Schedules and coordinates pre-study and monitor opportunities
Transmits Case Report Form data by fax, express mail, or other means dictated by sponsor.
Ensures that additional study and classification of individual patients is appropriate for continued investigation.
Helps to determine categories of study subjects.
Knowledge and practical experience with community dental practices would be essential.
2-3 years of higher education in behavioral sciences would be very helpful.
Problem Solving
The incumbent may be required to prioritize tasks received from multiple staff members and determine the order of importance based upon the resulting classification of individual subjects . The incumbent must use discretion and judgment when accessing the look up Medicaid tool. The incumbent may coordinate work processes with other investigators and clinicians and must understand the objectives and policies of the COMPOSIT R01 in order to provide the most accurate interpretation of the Medicaid enrollment findings.
Minimum Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Completion of HIPAA Privacy & Security training may be required within two to five days of hire. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
