Some responsibilities would include:
Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair Fixing / replacing lightbulbs Assisting with HVAC systems Paint repairs Routine maintenance and emergency repairs to prevent and resolve safety or comfort issues.
Installing new equipment and overseeing building upgrades according to owner requests and to preserve the facility.
Possible plumbing and contraction tasks, as needed Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems Must be able to lift at least 20lbs This position is offered at either part-time or full-time.
Pay will be determined based on experience and hours.
Full-time employment will include full benefits, while part-time employment, will not.
