You will help coordinate and assist our Director of Operations and Production Manager by ordering roofing materials for residential, commercial, and repair contracts, scheduling roofing crews to install contracted roofs, communicating with crews and project managers daily to complete jobs, and coordinating dumpster delivery and pickup for jobs.
Scheduling team meetings, events, crew meetings, etc.
as well as coordinating other office duties.
This is an in-office position so that we can work as a team and problem solve in the moment.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in operations, construction project management, or other related fields preferred Strong project management skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong organization and communication abilities Bi-lingual is preferred Knowledge in roofing is preferred, but not required Job Type:
