0 Salt Lake City, UT Salt Lake City, UT Full-time Full-time $65,000 a year $65,000 a year 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago The Facilities Specialist is responsible for understanding and helping to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all Nuvia Centers and Labs.
This includes managing the maintenance and repair of equipment and ensuring this equipment is delivered and installed prior to launch.
The Facilities Specialist will also be responsible for managing facility requests both pre and post launch and implementing OSHA requirements set forth by our 3rd party consultants.

The Facility Specialist will also work closely with the construction managers and the lab team to ensure that all post launch, punch-list items are complete in the clinic and lab.
Additional support will be given to the facility coordinator where needed.

Work closely with OSHA consultants to implement suggested changes to clinics and labs in order to meet OSHA requirements.
Create and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the facility is meeting the needs of the organization.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with center and lab staff when issues arise and need to be resolved quickly.
Work with the GC and the Project Manager to manage any unfinished, punch-list items related to the facility until all items have been completed.
Be familiar with the lease to understand the responsibilities of both Nuvia and landlord in maintaining each space.
Maintain and develop relationships with building landlords, GC's and project managers to enable effective working relationships.
Offer support in ensuring all computers, cameras and software are set up and usable by the Monday prior to launch.
Help manage launch resource formulary specific to the lab, continually adjusting when needs arise.
Identify and address potential issues that may impact the success of the facility, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Monday of launch week, do final walkthrough with COO / Expansion Director, creating list of final tasks as they relate to each facility.
Organize and communicate final tasks list to construction managers, GC and center staff.
Be present on launch day to help troubleshoot facility problems as they arise.
Observe and create post launch notes addressing any needed changes or improvements associated with the launch process as they relate to facility management and maintenance.
Requirements Strong belief in the ability to control outcomes through perseverance, problem solving and creative thinking.
Ability to speak fluent spanish is required Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and new center staff.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to prioritize top projects, not allowing others to fall by the wayside in the interim.
Results Successful launch of new facilities that meet or exceed the team's satisfaction targets.
Effective management of construction and equipment delivery timelines.
Positive working relationships with different departments.
Identification and resolution of issues that arise for each facility from launch to weekly maintenance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
