Shift:
1st Shift (Monday-Friday 9:
00 am- 5:
00 pm) but flexible with a college student's class schedule.

  • Creation of all the raw material folders - Test Request, Status Sheet, Sampling Sheet.
  • Daily checks off items awaiting approval for MS.
  • Verify all test attribute specifications of the certificate of analysis match the MS.
  • Ensure all test results from the manufacturer/vendor are within our specified range.
  • Ensure the manufacturer location matches the certificate of analysis and packing list to our MS.
  • Reach out to PPIC to request a new certificate of analysis or packing list if there are any discrepancies.
  • Reach out to QC and QA to make sure that vendor is on the approved list, or request DC-057.
  • Assist in sampling incoming raw material / full room cleans.
  • Verify system status in SAP for every raw material folder.
  • Reach out to the appropriate department if an inspection lot is in CRTD Status.
  • Verify there is a LIMS sample number and reach out to appropriate department if there is none.
  • Follow up with all appropriate departments to ensure all required information and paperwork is needed to begin sampling incoming material.
  • Create raw material folder for non-MS items and deliver to QA to be released.
  • Order and restock sampling items / tools.
  • Review and request new Sample/Room Logbooks from Doc Control.
  • Complete and submit Document Submission Form DC-115 to Doc Control.
  • Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
