Are you an experienced credit professional who is familiar with a variety of credit products and willing to learn new ones?We are looking for a Credit Risk Review (CRR) Director to:
Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of credit reviews across UBS' Combined U.
S.
Operations (CUSO) portfolio.
Analyze credit terms/structures, counterparty financial performance, economic/industry operating environment, and other relevant risk factors to ensure all credit extensions have been made in compliance with UBS policies and U.
S.
regulatory expectations.
Assess the accuracy and adequacy of U.
S.
regulatory classifications, probability of default (PD) ratings, loss given default (LGD) ratings and the Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) process across CUSO.
Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement in credit risk policies and procedures in collaboration with responsible account officers, credit officers, and other relevant stakeholders as needed.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and maintain current, in-depth knowledge of assigned portfolios and relevant regulation/laws.
Maintain a thorough understanding of UBS' compliance rules and regulations in accordance with UBS policy requirement.
Your teamCredit Risk Review (CRR) is a team of highly motivated, highly experienced credit risk professionals which operates independently to provide an objective and timely assessment of the CUSO credit portfolio to the CUSO Board, U.
S.
regulators and senior UBS management.

Your expertiseWe are looking for a talented and highly motivated colleague with a strong team spirit and positive attitude, with ideally the following background and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting or equivalent work experience is necessary; MBA or financial certification (CFA, FRM, etc.
) is highly desirable.
Successful completion of a formal credit training program and 10 years of experience in credit, credit risk, credit portfolio management and/or credit administration with a financial institution and/or U.
S.
regulatory agency (OCC, FRB, etc.
); experience at both is highly desirable.
Familiarity with multiple credit products (e.
g.
, corporate credit, syndications, acquisition/project/trade financing, leasing, securitizations, derivatives, etc.
) and willingness to learn new credit products.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, think critically and arrive at creative solutions.

Salary informationCA, CO, WA and NY based roles:
The salary range for this role is $160,000 to $210,000 based on experience, education, and skill level.
This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
